Every Laurie Williams Guitar is impeccable in craftsmanship and tone. Yet, the Signature Series takes this to another level of refinement and style, limited to Laurie’s rarer and highest grade ancient kauri and, on an even more limited basis, other special reserved tonewoods.
Laurie Williams Signature Series
Signature Series instruments have a range of customizations and upgrades which make every Signature instrument unique.
Chief among these is a neck built from a billet matching the grade of ancient kauri back and sides, or other rare tonewood chosen. Due to the limited nature of Laurie’s stock, it is not always possible, but Laurie tries to reserve a limited number of billets to be used for the necks of these highly prized and rare instruments.
Add to this a selection your own custom embellishments to create a one of a kind work of art and tone, sure to become an heirloom of enduring quality and satisfaction.

The Signature Series is the natural expression of a collaboration between its owner and the luthier. A co-creation with as much input from the owner as desired, with the helpful direction of the luthier, to produce a rare and exquisite instrument, as immersive in acoustics as they are in aesthetics.
